I’m spending a couple of weeks on this.

We’ve talked about reflecting, setting intentions, having accountability, and embracing it, how to navigate challenges celebrate successes, and build resilience.

Today I’m talking about the complicated journey of expanding.

There are unlimited things in the world that you can learn about.

Which things are going to take you to the next level?

Which things are pertinent to moving you toward the vision you want?

When you get coaching, it’s important to focus on the things that you know are going to take you forward.

It’s a combination of you and your coach making decisions about what will be the most important and pertinent and what will move the needle most for you.

I encourage you to take ownership in the direction that you’re going with your business or your life right now and which coaching you’re applying, because all the coaching may not be pertinent to you.

Which of the concepts that you’re getting is going to move the needle most for you this year and take you to the vision, the life, and the next level that you’re interested in?

My call to action for you today is to lock and load on the direction you want to take in your life this year.

I know this is a big thing to think about, but if you don’t have a target to shoot at, you’re shooting everywhere.

What are the main areas that you want to work on this year?

Within the next week or so, I will have you working on a year-long business plan.

In that business plan, you’re going to get to pick five or six major areas that you’re going to work on that will take you toward your primary vision or goal.

What different aspects of your business can you personalize?

What goals can you personalize more to take you right to the target of your vision?
