376 How To Be Mindfully Aware With Curiosity

Jan 24, 2024 | Uncategorized

This is Anne with your Coaching On The Go.

So often we are so judgy with ourselves.

I can’t imagine that there is anybody in the world we are harsher within our judgment than ourselves.

Taking time to assess the way you treat yourself and shift those habits can make a huge difference in the world that you experience on the outside because you’re shifting what you’re experiencing on the inside.

Today’s lesson about self-compassion and the inner voice is about mindful awareness.

I want you to be present and aware of your thoughts and feelings without judgment.

I am constantly recommending Curiosity.

Many of my clients love that talk of curiosity.

It releases you from the burden of judgment when you’re curious.

How about adding playful to that?

How about adding neutral to that?

I love giving you the structure to look at your life as if it is an experiment you’re doing and you have the freedom to change variables, to get curious about what one variable caused or created, and what another one in its place might look like.

When you get this way, what do you think happens?

When you’re not judging yourself, looking to fail or you’re looking to judge if you fail, what are you opening yourself to?

The message today is to be present and aware of your thoughts and your feelings with neutrality, curiosity, joy, possibility, and freedom.

Mindful awareness helps you to observe your inner voice without automatically accepting negative or self-judging thoughts.

By staying in the present and neutral, you can choose how to respond to your inner dialogue.

You can choose without pressure what the best way to continue and proceed is.

It creates freedom in your life.

That’s my wish for you, big doses of curiosity, joy, resourcefulness, openness, creativity, and neutrality.

Have a beautiful day.
