433 Do You Meditate Daily?

Apr 29, 2024 | Uncategorized

This is Anne with your Coaching On The Go.

Have you been doing your meditating?

Meditating every day is a prescription I would write for you that you should be taking every day, without missing.

When you miss meditating you are not taking advantage of the collaborative opportunities that will guide you and allow you to push the easy button on your life in the morning.

Why do I say in the morning?

You can meditate any time during the day, but it’s great to start with a meditation and it’s great to end with a meditation the night before as well.

You are always in the NOW.

As soon as you wake up from your sleep you are back in the mindfulness of your physical world.

You go right back to whatever you ended with.

If you had momentum that you didn’t love when you went to bed the night before, it’s powerful and smart to clear that with meditation before you go to bed.

This week. I am taking you through a variety of meditations if you are in the Coaching On The Go.

If you’re not, then you get to establish or solidify your meditation practice.

What I suggest for you is to clear the night before, wake up in the morning and meditate, and then go into your go into thinking and articulating what you’re creating as if it’s already completed.

For me as a physical being who likes to be in the energy, I have a variety of meditations I do based on how I’m feeling in the morning when I wake up.

Sometimes I’m so tired, I wanna stay in bed, and on occasion, I have to admit, try to do my meditation in bed, and oftentimes I end up falling back to sleep or drifting away.

I have a great spot in my house that feels like a vortex.

It’s quiet, and the energy is grounding.

I have a little chair from a favorite person in that corner and when I put on my robe and sit there, it’s a stimulating meditation.

Sometimes I can’t get my mind to quiet.

If that’s you, you may decide to do something.

Do an active meditation, a moving meditation where you are, perhaps, putting some things away or unloading a dishwasher or heading out onto the country road or the sidewalk to take a little walk in the morning or sit out on your stoop where you can hear birds, where you can hear nature.

Whatever it takes for you.

I use a variety of different meditations depending on how I wake up.

I make sure that I do it every day.

Some are more effective than others.

On my way to the gym. I have a 15-minute drive.

Sometimes that is a beautiful meditation for me.

Then once I get into my workout, I go into incredible visualization for my Reticular Activation System.

I feed myself spiritual food, visionary food consisting of what I would love to experience and experience fully with a high level of engagement while I’m working out.

This week, I’m going to be giving you, if you’re in the Coaching On The Go, some of my favorite meditations from past events and coaching so you can play with them and try them.

I will also give you a bead on a couple of my favorites that I like to plug into for long-term meditation time when I’m having a hard time
focusing my thinking in a direction that’s conducive to creating what I want instead of what I don’t!

This week is all about tools for the powerful practice of meditation.

Have a beautiful day.
