This is Anne with your Coaching on the Go, talking about level four responsibility, which is the last one that we’re talking about this week, being a master creator.

I added master on the front because it’s the pinnacle of stepping into your fullest power, and understanding that you are responsible for everything that you encounter in your life.

Yeah, that challenges me too, and sometimes I’m there and sometimes I’m not.

It requires a deep understanding that you’re the one.

It’s super powerful to be the one who is responsible.

The positives of this are that when you are in level four responsibility, you never blame, you never look outside of yourself.

You look within yourself to come up with resourceful resolutions.

So, you don’t quit.

It can be both empowering and challenging because of that.

It’s the pinnacle.

When you say you’re going to do something, you do it.

You’re in complete integrity.

As a master creator, you have a clear vision of what you want to create and the impact you want to have on the world.

You understand that your thoughts, beliefs and actions, they all play a critical role in bringing your vision to life.

You understand how you affect others.

You take ownership of your decisions and choices, and you know that each one will have a ripple effect on your life and the lives of those around you.

I started alluding to that yesterday.

You don’t blame when you have a setback or a failure, you just look at that as an opportunity to learn and grow and improve.

So you’re always curious, you’re proactive.

You’re a master creator, and it means you’re accountable to others and yourself.

Yourself first.

And you’re not alone in the journey.

Success in a group, you empower everyone and everyone has a part, but you create an environment where everyone is empowered to take ownership and to step up into a higher and higher level of leadership and responsibility to contribute to the collective power of the vision.

So being a master creator is taking full responsibility.

You’re responsible for everything.

It stops with you, and it requires you having a clear vision, so you have clarity.

You’re in responsibility, so you have ownership.

You’re proactive, you’re curious, you’re accountable.

It’s a mindset.

It’s an unstoppable mindset, and a way of being that allows you to create the life and the organization that you really desire.

It’s super stimulating being a level four being, I highly recommend it.

So, there you have it, you have the four levels of leadership and responsibility.

Next week, the next five Coaching on the Go-s, I’m going to be digging into level four and what it looks like and feels like and the power in it, and what I have experienced here, and to invite you up to being in level four as often as possible.

Sending you big love.

Have a beautiful day.
