How do you operate?
What are your habits?
What are your behaviors?
As you move forward into 2024, assessing your habits and behaviors from last year will support you in moving forward and shifting.
Were there any habits or behaviors that hindered your progress or kept you from reaching the goals or full potential that you know you have?
Did you notice?
Look over this last year, identify any patterns, and consider strategies that you could implement to change to replace those patterns or behaviors so that you don’t have the same struggle this year.
Take a look back on the things that you did not achieve.
What habits or behaviors did you embody this year or in the past, that you would like to shift?
Write these down and either share them with me in an email or jot them down in your notes.
I’ve got these nine areas that we’re assessing so that when I create this next workshop, you can bring these challenges with you and we can open them up.
There’s no more interesting investigation than self.
Dig into this and take advantage of the data points that you gathered throughout this past year so you can use them as a springboard for this next one.
