378 Creating A Beautiful Garden Inside

It’s day five.

Five lessons I’ve talked about this week for self-compassion and dealing with your inner voice.

This last one and it’s perfect because I love always looking for the positive in life.

There’s no downside to it.

Today’s lesson is on cultivating a positive inner dialogue.

I’ve been doing that amid the other lessons throughout the week.

I want you to focus on how you could foster and change and shift so that you have an encouraging inner dialogue, a loving, patient, caring, cheerleading, supportive inner dialogue.

Why is this important?

If you have an inner dialogue like most people, where at the end of the day you feel exhausted, like you’ve been fighting even when you’ve been along most of the day, it’s you you’ve been fighting with.

Actively working on transforming negative self-talk into positive affirmations is going to cultivate a beautiful internal environment where flowers can grow, where your positive inner dialogue contributes to building self-esteem, resilience, safety, and a more optimistic outlook.

When you know you can turn to yourself for support and understanding, that is a huge win.

When you look inside of yourself and you wish you could get away because it’s going to be so harsh, it’s very difficult to come up with new solutions.

Practicing self-compassion involves developing a supportive and understanding relationship with yourself.

And if you follow the five lessons that I taught you this week, you’re going to be in beautiful shape for constant expansion, growth, and the lip-smacking life that you came here to live.
