383 Do You Have Issues With Time?
This is Anne with your Coaching On The Go.
I’ve been chatting with you differently about a number of the things that you experience.
I am talking about them as indulgences or ways that you treat yourself.
I started doing this because I noticed that my way of treating myself with food was coming out of a story that was a story I needed to change because I wanted my health to be better.
There are several reasons why we can’t hit our vision, and what I’ve discovered over time in coaching people and supporting myself in constant expansion, is that most of these barriers, blocks, or challenges come from decades and decades of particular habits, stories, or things that we did to make ourselves feel better or things we did that we as an adult want to get away with, that we couldn’t get away with when we were younger.
It’s a rebellion.
Today I am spending some time talking about time management.
A lot of people in this community, especially people who are promoters, people who are sociable and engaging socially, often have time management issues, but many people do.
How do you spend your time?
\Do you spend excess time, excessive time on activities like binge-watching a show, playing video games, playing a game on your phone, sifting and sorting through social media – time eating activities?
Do you spend a lot of your time doing things that are not productive for you or taking you towards your vision?
Could that time be better spent on productivity or streamlining your work so that when you’re working, you’re working, and when you’re not working, you’re not looking for things to distract you?
Poor time management impedes your progress toward your work, your professional goals, your vision, everything, and your quality of life.
Today is a shorty…because I’m saving time for you to think about how you spend time.
What are you doing with your time?
Are you treating yourself to things that are sucking up the time that you could be used meditating, reading great stuff, learning something, or spending time in nature?
You find yourself not having enough time because you’re floundering the time you have.
Take a look today at how you spend time.
What activities are you treating yourself to excessively that are keeping you from being in the activities that are going to take you into living in your fullest your fullest next vision?
Have a beautiful day.
