403 How To Get To The Root

This is Anne with your Coaching On The Go.

OK, yesterday your assignment was to estimate the percentage of time you’re spending thinking about your vision or where you’re going, either in thinking things that will take you towards it or thinking things that are in contrast to the possibility of it happening.

Why is this important?

You are a vibrational being that’s communicating with the universe.

If you’re spending most of your time thinking about all the ways something isn’t gonna work, that’s the information that you’re sending out into the collaborative, creative, responsive, quantum field.

This week’s exercise is to get you to notice how much time you are spending focusing forward or on things that aren’t gonna take you forward.

Today, I want you to get more specific with it.

As you think about your vision, whether you do it after meditation or you spend time playing in that vision throughout the day, when you catch yourself, I want you to write down what you’re thinking about.

Specifically, write down the things that are not conducive to attaining your Vision.

It could be things you notice that you’re saying that someone used to say to you like:

-you don’t know enough

-you’re not qualified

-you’ve been thinking about this for decades, and you don’t do anything about it,

-you’re a perfectionist

-you are a procrastinator

-you don’t meet the right people

Write these things down.

Now, why would I have you do that?

It’s valuable to look and see what is going on within you so you can see the roots of it, and make changes.

You may notice this inner dialogue is from another time.

You can just get a bead on the environment that you have within yourself so that you can change it.

This is the first part of making conscious conscious shifts.

There’s a constant inner dialogue going on.

You are so used to it that you often ignore it, but it’s affecting the way you respond and show up.

Your assignment today…

Get specific about the way you deflect your creative process and write it down.

I want you to notice what you’re saying.

I want you to notice what you’re thinking.

Whenever you do, just throw it down on a piece of paper without any judgment.

Have a beautiful day…investigating!
