What are you committed to now that you have created your quarterly goals?

What does a week look like during your quarter?

What does a single day look like in your corner?

Integrity becomes a premium at this point in your process.

You have gone from creating goals to now working on implementing those goals.

In the morning when you get up, if you are in pod coaching make a message in the Voxer as to what you’re committed to creating today…without evidence.

When you commit without evidence, you get to step into trust.

You also get to step into listening and being open for the quantum field to support you in creating what you’re committed to creating today.

If you aren’t making a commitment in the morning and sticking with it, I want you to look at your relationship with integrity with yourself.

This is the time when you are getting momentum going in your quarter.

Get connected to how good you are with your integrity when you commit.

I used to make commitments regularly that I had no intention of following through on.

I would say I was interested in committing because friends were doing it.

I wanted to say yes.

I didn’t want to dissent from the group.

But if I looked at it, I knew I was not committed internally to what I just said.

What would happen then is I would show up late or I would find a reason not to attend or follow through on the commitment.

I would find excuses.

As you start this quarter get intimate with your integrity.

Find out if you can keep your word to yourself or if it slips through your fingers.
