
444 How To Be Under The Perfect Pressure
Hey, this is Anne with Your Coaching On The Go.
I’m always wanting to put the right amount of pressure on you, in the right places, to create movement, momentum, confidence, trust, and belief.
I encourage you to step into that space where you get the right direction and it’s not coming from you, it’s coming from outside of yourself in that beautiful, unlimited energy field that you call whatever you call it.
Lately, I’ve been having you step up your momentum, declaring without evidence in the morning in the Voxer, analyzing that declaration and how successful it was or what it produced.
At the end of the day, I’ve asked you to declare something for the week without evidence.
I have talked with you about getting off the pot, so to speak because it takes a lot of preparation to get something going and that’s not money making activity.
You are getting business coached here, after all.
Today I’m going further into the feeling and benefits of declaring without evidence in the morning or even in the evening before the morning.
Think about what you want to create.
Think about your year, the year you set up for yourself.
Think about the quarter you set up for yourself.
Don’t lose sight, as you do that, of your overarching intention for life, what you want to feel and experience in this life.
If you don’t have a declaration in the morning right now, it’s because you’re not connected to your Vision.
You’re not connected to the quarterly Vision.
Notice, I am not talking about it as goals
I want these to be a compilation of what you want and the guidance you’re getting when taking your downtime during the day or listening to some of your favorite music.
When you get those hunches, you get to have the space to shift without feeling like you’re doing something wrong.
You are on the trail.
You’re hot on the trail like a hound dog.
You’re smelling it, picking up the scent and you’re on the trail.
It gets to be flexible.
The movement that you’re making is important because as you move, your movement re-moves things from your space.
Because you took a step in a certain direction you let go of other things.
At the same time, I’m asking you to keep your house clean and get your affairs in order daily.
Take some time to continue to tidy up your space, whether it’s one room at a time, one area at a time, or just for a certain amount of time
Every day you are looking around and reducing clutter.
All of these things go together.
Space is needed in your calendar and in time for you to not have a to do list going so you can hear the hunches and the inspiration that’s being given to you in the quantum field.
If you don’t have space, your exterior and interior space reflect one another. so if you’re finding a lot of clutter inyour space, you’re having clutter internally as well.
So, keep your space clean.
Continue to take steps.
Have a balance in your schedule between work and non-work.
Have a focus on your quarterly goals and where you’re going so that the night before, when you go to bed, you can think about what you would like to accomplish the next day, what you would love to accomplish, what you would love to have occur, what you are looking for, what you need, what you’re wanting, something that you don’t quite understand yet that you need the answer to in the evening.
That is the time to think, with intention, about what you want the next day.
What are the missing pieces?
What are the elements you’re looking to complete?
Think about that the night before.
You could write it down the night before so you have your declaration ready or you can in the morning, think about what you’d like to do.
I find it more valuable to start that the night before.
