467 Today I Got My Work Done On A Walk
This is Anne with your Coaching On The Go.
I’m out for a really early morning walk.
I got so inspired this morning because I was in what felt like a spiritual realm where my mind was unhooked and I was relaxed and so present in the moment that all these Coaching On The Go segment opportunities came up and I was able to create them on my walk.
When I am on a walk in a lot of traffic with a lot going on, a lot of distractions, I don’t get the flow.
I don’t get the creative flow happening like I do when I get to a spot where it’s quiet.
I can get into a certain energy.
I can connect with the birds, the animals, the trees, everything that’s going on, houses, everything.
My question to you today is, where can you go to totally unplug?
How can you listen and take seriously things that start coming to you while you’re in that environment of freedom?
This is what I’m talking about when I say that you get really efficient because you’re taking downtime.
You’re not working 8 hours in a row or force-feeding yourself.
What would it look like to be in a state where you can come up with your ideas in the middle of your downtime?
Why would that happen?
You are in the quantum field.
You’re in the presence of God.
You are in the energy that created all that we know and all that we don’t even understand yet.
When you are on a task list, a to-do list, a rigorous, unyielding schedule, you can’t listen.
The things that come out of the quantum field energy are like whispers.
You owe it to yourself to create situations where you can hear whispers.
When I’m in my house and I am taking a nap on the couch if I have the door open and can hear the birds, it’s so much different than if I’m in the house when it’s closed and I don’t hear anything natural and then add a layer of sound from a television.
I’ve got things being spoon-fed into my mind. keeping the inspiration and the whispers from being heard.
If you’re somebody who’s constantly keeping yourself busy, you are keeping yourself from hearing the hunches.
I’m going to use this as an example:
Perhaps you are filling your downtime with trainings, videos and books.
That’s not downtime.
You’re not taking downtime when you are filling it with all sorts of things that you’re supposed to do when you create a schedule.
Perhaps put a block of time in for education if you’re taking classes, so that every waking hour is not dedicated.
Today’s coaching is about the incredible things that can happen when you put yourself in a position where you let go spiritually, emotionally, physically, and psychologically.
Where can you go to let the magic happen so you can hear the answers you’ve been asking for?
Have a beautiful day.
