487 Do You Create Space To Listen To Spirit?

Jul 22, 2024 | Uncategorized

This is Anne with your Coaching On The Go.

I don’t know if you have noticed, but as I have outlined steps or tools for creating a beautiful calendar and schedule for yourself, I started out with things that were more analytical, like

Assessing your work style

Writing down your priorities

Setting up a weekly framework

Utilizing tools.

And as we’ve gone down the list, these tools and steps are getting more spiritual.

They are more about you having a relationship with the quantum field, and collaborating with Creation.

Today’s is about Honoring Your Intuition.

You get to create time, set, and assign time in your calendar (we’ve talked about this many times) for opportunities where your mind shuts down and you tune in to your intuition.

Creating space in your schedule for activities that inspire you and foster creativity opens up that conduit.

So when I’m baking, I hear hunches.

I get ideas.

I listen and hear inspiration.

When I’m doing dishes, unloading the dishwasher, or sweeping the floor for some reason that shuts my brain down.

It’s a spiritual runway for me, moving into a creative block of time.

When I take a walk in the morning, I hear many things and get many hunches.

My brain is allowed to shut down and I am hyper-present in the moment.

Setting aside time for mindfulness or reflection so you can connect with your intuitioncreating space and time in your schedule for afternoon walks in nature, quick naps, or leisurely lunches that allow you to turn off the to-do list in your brain.

And then thirdly, be open to adjusting your plans when you get a strong, intuitive message so that you can go in another direction.

Sitting at the banks of the Wisconsin River, before I ever owned SpiritRiver, I saw it and gave thanks.

That night on the way home, for the first and only time, I heard audible questions asked of me.

“Where are you going?”

“What are you doing?”

It was a male voice, and it asked me.

That powerful moment caused me, the very next day, to start on a track that I hadn’t been on yet (that I knew of).

Within three weeks, I owned SpiritRiver.

Today’s coaching is about getting in the places and spaces, allowing yourself the time to be in the dance with the collaborative field, in proximity with Creation in a way that can listen, hear, ask questions if you want, and hear the answers.

It’s one of the most important parts of the creative process.

When I get deep into a drawing, if I turn beautiful music on, that aligns with me, all of a sudden, I get so much information delivered, I’m undeniably in a conduit between spirit and my hand, or the part of myself that’s creating.

A magnificent calendar creates space and time for these interactions.

Have a beautiful day.
