493 What Do You Believe Is Possible?

Probably the most important thing in creating your next-level experience is what you are open to.
I’ve talked about this in many ways, but what is believable to you?
What is even possible in your thinking?
What are you available for?
What are you open to?
I’m saying the same thing in different ways, so you can approach it in whatever way makes sense to you.
If you don’t believe you can have it, be it, or do it, it is difficult to get to your Vision target.
The first thing I do is if I’m resistant to the possibility of an idea that I got for where I’m going is, I talk like this:
“I like the idea of traveling around the world and having more than enough financial flow to do it.”
“I love the idea of heading up a global business that supports people in creating conservation easements.”
“I like the idea of having a franchise for my business, where I’m getting a percentage off the top and people are buying in.”
“I love the idea of franchises, and of having a company that allows franchising.”
“I like the idea of my work being sold on a global scale and having a large exhibition in Europe where my work is being celebrated.”
Those are the types of things I say to open the doorway for my being, to accept a reality that perhaps I’m not on board with yet.
Does that make sense?
I’m talking myself off the ledge so to speak.
This is one technique.
How are you speaking and thinking about the goal, the Vision, the plan you’ve been working on…when you have a dream for something and you think of the dream and immediately have resistance that keeps you from moving in the direction of what you want.
Today’s coaching is simply on how to speak with yourself about your Vision.
Are you stopping the flow of the idea within yourself immediately after you get the idea, or when you think about it throughout the day?
How can you change the flow of energy around that idea?
How can you change the flow of energy as it pertains to your Vision?
Take an audit today.
When you say, think about, or read your Vision, how do you feel about it?
Do you feel resistance anywhere?
If so, where?
What is the resistance about?
What part of the Vision aren’t you in alignment?
Which part of the Vision feels insurmountable, impossible, or unbelievable?
What languaging can you choose to open the door a bit?
What additional languaging can you use to take you further towards it?
I’ll have other techniques for you as well, but this is something I do.
I talk to myself.
I talk around it.
I try wording on for size.
What you want to be doing is using wording that you don’t have resistance to.
Perhaps instead of saying, “I’m a multimillionaire”, you say:
“I like the idea of being a multimillionaire.”
“I like the possibility of being a multimillionaire.”
“I like the idea that I could be a multimillionaire.”
Those are three different ways to think about the same thing.
It’s important to create a fertile environment to play in.
If you are saying things over and over, and each time you say them, you throw up a wall of resistance, that’s not supporting you in moving forward.
Today, take time to craft, and curate sentences that create a beautiful Runway for you to operate on.
