535 Want To Play To Create Optimum Work Relationships?
This is Anne with your Coaching On The Go.
Believe it or not, play is excellent for building social connections.
If you can get out and play with your business team, with people you are collaborating with, with people you’d like to learn with, it’s going to build relationships, strengthen social bonds, and create the kinds of shared experiences and positive interactions that keep you connected.
It also makes for better communication when you’re working together.
Playful activities promote openness.
I was watching Apollo 13 the other night, and at a certain point, the astronauts, to get back home, had only certain things available in that capsule.
The team grabbed versions of the items, threw them on a table, and started digging in creatively to problem solve to get the astronauts home and succeeded.
When you play together, then when you need to dig in and create something more serious, perhaps the solution to a problem that’s urgent, the relationships you built while you were playing, contribute to your ability to work together when times are tough.
I continue to give you strong reasons, why you should be out playing, why it’s important to play, and why it make available the effervescence that takes you to the top.
It takes you to the top in your career, incredible ideas, and opportunities.
Play is a great conduit for your next level.
Have a beautiful day.
