537 Want To Play Outside?

Oct 29, 2024 | Uncategorized

This is Anne with your Coaching On The Go.

We’ve been talking about play.

It’s so important in your constant development and feelings of happiness in life.

When I played as a child with my family, my dad would take us up camping.

We started camping the year that I was born.

I was treated to a family life on both sides of my family, where we spent a lot of time in the woods or out along a marshy bottomland riverfront where I could look at frogs and birds, hear them an d see what other animals were doing, be fascinated, and play in a different way.

Sometimes we played tag outside at night, hiding under trees, feeling the branches and trunks, and experiencing nature at night or during the day, playing or fishing.

As an adult, I know I have to go outside to play.

When I’m doing that, I’m reconnecting with the power of All That Is, with the quantum field.

Many retreats, including mine, encourage spending time in nature, which has proven benefits for your mental and physical health as well as your spiritual connection with infinity, creation, and God.

Being outdoors reduces stress, boosts your mood and can improve your physical well-being.

This reconnection with nature can be especially restorative after spending long periods of time behind a desk with electronics, or you have become addicted to your phone, or TV.

One of the benefits of play is it reconnects you with nature because you often end up there when you go out to play.

So go out to play.

Notice the difference in the way you are breathing and sensing when you get outside in creation.

Plan and take some special trips.

Go to areas you have never been before for new experiences with All That Is!

I get my best hunches and ideas while playing out in nature, so when you go out there, pay attention.

If you have a question you need an answer to, ask before or while you are out and listen for the answer.

It’s a powerful, spiritual, magical place to be, so go out to play…in nature.

Have a beautiful day.
