348 Creating Collaborations To Magnify Wealth And Possibility
This is Anne with your Coaching On The Go.
An aspect of being an entrepreneur that I never considered was the collaborations I would have with other highly creative people.
When I worked at a regular job provided by somebody else, there were some groups of people, pockets of people who were creative and digging into their work.
Because the work was guaranteed more than the average number of people would take advantage of that security and they wouldn’t stimulate their creative thinking skills.
What I’ve experienced in being an entrepreneur is that as I go to do my work, I inevitably bump into other people in the same field I’m in, the similar field that I’m in.
They may be in the genre of coaching or entrepreneurialism, but the group of people that I now associate with is highly creative.
There’s a culture around people who are building their own businesses, of people who take action.
They move.
They are responsible for their learning and their expansion.
It creates excitement, collaboration, and constant opportunities for meeting new people and stepping into new circles.
As you step into entrepreneurialism further and further, you’ll discover that it’s a team sport.
Especially in the here and now, what people are discovering is that business collaborations make money.
I saw my coach this week at our business mastermind, bringing five other really powerful characters who had their own content to share.
She invited them onto her stage, sharing her stage.
In doing that, everybody benefited.
Each of them benefited from that partnership financially, and the audience benefited greatly.
Some of us started to engage with the work of the others.
You see me doing that when I do an online show and I have speakers.
I’m creating collaboration and additional possibilities for my clients.
Or my community members to get their needs met in another aspect of something somebody else has to offer without fearing I am losing something.
I’m sure you’ve heard of the Anachronym team.
Together
Everyone
Achieves
More
It’s not just that they achieve more, it’s so much more fun.
There’s a synergy that gets created when two or more of us are together, where we get to have explosive joy and creativity that’s just another perk to being an entrepreneur.
My call to action for you today is to get you to step into this.
Who could you partner with that you haven’t before?
Make a list of people that you could partner with.
Reach out to one and investigate what is possible.
Have a beautiful day.
