352 How To Gleam Your Dream

Dec 19, 2023 | Uncategorized

This is Anne with your Coaching On The Go.

As we look at things that we’ve done in the past, it could be a project we just finished, it could be a business we just created, when you are looking at something in review, you get to gain clarity on what matters.

The insight becomes the foundation for setting intentional goals, aspirations, and visions for the future.

Whether you’re in a personal or professional sphere while you do this, a clear vision provides direction.

As you look at what you’ve done this past year and whenever you’re taking this coaching, if you’re looking at a past month, a past week, a past quarter, you get to look at that for clarity.

When you compare it to what you wanted to do and look at how it occurred, what were your successes there?

What did you do particularly well?

What did you accomplish?

Oftentimes I do not look at what I accomplished and celebrated.

I look only for the things that need to change so I can be more perfect.

I have that tendency.

I don’t know what your tendency is, but when you look back, look back with curiosity and neutrality as if you’re reviewing the project of somebody who asked you for feedback and you don’t even really know about their project.

You’re looking at it.

Take a peek into what you created so that you can start setting intentions for the future.

What would you like to continue?

What is successful for you already?

What would you like more of?

I did this in the past when I was navigating towards the relationship I now have – my love relationship.

I was looking at my past relationships when they would end and I would say,

“What did I like?”

“What do I want more of?”

“What do I want less of?”

“What do I want to have no more of?”

I would look and see.

When I looked back, each time I was making progress, and each relationship was revealing where I was at that time.

What you accept, the challenges you have, and what you are great at, reflect your level of leadership, professional development, and personal development at that moment.

You can do the same with your business.

When you look back on your life and business in a month, a quarter, or a year. You see the tendencies,  momentum, what you’re good at, what causes challenges, how you navigate those challenges, and what you could add to the mix to make next year even more enjoyable, and productive.

Whatever your goals are…have even more of what I have in those goals today.

Your call to action is to look at what you reflected on yesterday, your past year in review, and set intentions for this next year and beyond from what you discovered yesterday.

Take advantage of the information that you glean there.

Wouldn’t it be nice to have some tools to help you?

If there are tools that you’re missing or need, push reply on the email or DM me on Instagram.

Tell me what tools you would like to go over or review that will help you envision and set intentions for your next year based on what you experienced this year.

Sending you love.
