367 How Did Emotions Create A Barrier?

Hey, this is Anne with your Coaching On The Go.

When you look back on this past year, what emotions do you see?

What emotional barriers do you find in the year?

What I’m talking about are things like fear, self-doubt, unworthiness, perfectionism, procrastination.

These are all things that can act as barriers to your progress.

I have seen these particular characters showing up, keeping people from their next level.

They are often deep-seated and not difficult to shift and are simply all the same thing, a way to keep you from your next level, a way to keep part of you from moving to your total satisfaction and magnificence.

Reflect on your emotional state throughout the past year and how it may have influenced your actions, your decisions, and the outcomes you experienced.

You’re not alone because this past year when I look back on it, I have never experienced so much fear.

The fear came in the middle of the night.

I would be awakened from sleep worrying about something that I was embarking on that I had never done before.

It was challenging, but I have many tools to choose from, and staying in any of those emotions that are based on fear is going to create an attraction point for more of what is not wanted, so when I experience that, I acknowledge it, breathe into it, and look for the tools that can shift me.

Back to auditing your past year, look for the emotional barriers that were a theme for this past year.

Emotions play a big part in creating.

This will allow you to look into what you’re experiencing and make sure you have the tools to deal with these so that you can let them pass through you.

They don’t have to be you.

They can flow through you like a stream, like a beautiful stream where something’s coming through, it passes through and it continues beyond.

If you can’t master your emotions, you’re going to have a challenge in your business.

You’re going to have a challenge in your life.

You’re going to have a challenge getting past and into any new area because you know that a part of you doesn’t want to go there into the new territory.

You get to figure out the mechanisms through this coaching that will give comfort to the part of you that is nervous about moving forward or that craves comfort.

That comfort is backed up by stories that if you go out ahead and fail, you’re a big failure or other stories.

Today’s call to action is that you look into the past year.

Feel your way into the prevalent emotions, and then how those emotions kept you from the decisions, the certainty, and the focus that would have taken you to a higher level than you achieved this year.
