
372 You Aren’t Frustrated Enough
This is Anne with your Coaching On The Go.
How frustrated are you with not already having something that you’ve wanted for decades?
Imagine some things you’ve always wanted to be, do or have.
Imagine your vision for your business or your idea in the fact that you still don’t have it to the point where you feel really satisfied.
How does that feel?
Are you tired of being outside of your dream and your vision and looking for all different ways to get into it, but you’re not in it yet?
I want you to take that agitation or that discomfort that you’re feeling and write it out.
What does it feel like?
Describe it.
Go into it and feel it.
Take a couple of minutes to do that and then come back into this audio or continue reading.
Just do it.
Just stop and do it.
Think about the feeling of discontentedness that you have around something that you’ve been yearning for.
You haven’t figured it out yet, but you’ve wanted it, and it’s been a vision for you.
Okay?
Now that you’ve done that, and if you haven’t, go do it, I want you to take all that energy and feel the resistance in that energy.
That energy is one of the things keeping you from what you want.
That feeling of grabbing for that you haven’t been able to create something with, that feeling of not having something that you want, it’s creating a resistance within you that you have to release to engulf and embody what you want.
You are out of alignment with what you want when you are in that feeling.
Now, that feeling can be a driving force.
I do not like that feeling of discomfort.
It drives me to get the tools to organize myself so I don’t stay in this place because in this place, the very things that you want, the components that are ready to come together for you, are bouncing off of you.
You’re saying what you want, but what you’re giving off is what you don’t have.
It’s such a gut-wrenching understanding.
It’s gut-wrenching to know this, but it’s great to know it, because we as humans, are often the biggest deterrent to what we want.
Today, I just want you to investigate this feeling, because sometimes I move too fast.
I’ll create something for you so you can work on it in our next coaching.

After you’re done writing that down and feeling the feelings of it, then go do something.
You have tools.
Do something to shift yourself.
Then tell me what that was.
Tell me what you did to shift out of that energy.
