Overtreating yourself to things that you feel like you deserve can have an impact on your relationships.
If you’re constantly prioritizing your treats or things that you feel like you’ve arrived enough to deserve, and you’re prioritizing those things over commitments to family, friends, or your partner, that can strain your relationships.
Healthy relationships require time, attention, effort, connection, collaboration, engagement.
Your relationships can be neglected when you are overindulging, just like your dreams, your vision, and your work when you spend too much time overindulging.
Today’s message to you is a short one.
I’m asking you to look over the behaviors you’ve been noticing in the last four or five days and see if they’re affecting the quality of your relationships.
