116 Stopping to Restart

May 14, 2024 | Uncategorized

This is Anne with your Coaching On The Go.

I’m going to jump right into tools you can use to get yourself back in the direction you want to be going so you don’t let something that goes on that feels like it’s happening to you, engulf you like you are swimming in the ocean.

There is a set of waves, the first one hits, and before you can recover, the second hits, and before you can recover the third, and the fourth…

Pretty soon you just succumb.

The first step we are talking about is recognizing you have gone in that momentum because eventually, you won’t be able to catch yourself, so you catch yourself right away and not even enter it(the momentum).

Let’s talk about if you have started to create momentum, you are responding, reacting to an exterior force.

In my case, yesterday, going to post for the morning content, because I didn’t check the night before and just went to bed, I didn’t have a chance to see things weren’t quite set up for me and I was going to need more time, so I hadn’t planned enough time.

I hadn’t planned extra time, so I started getting triggered.

First of all, I was using a new system.

I was feeling like, “Another new system.”

“Oh, my gosh, I’ve got to learn another new system.”

I had undertones of. “It’s not prepared for me.”

“I don’t have the time for this.”

“Now I’m going to miss out on my workout.”

“My V.A. was supposed to have this set up.”

“I can’t believe she didn’t.”

Each thing took me deeper into momentum that wasn’t productive.

As I went deeper, I expanded out to the side, it became a three-dimensional expansion of stress and victimhood.

All of a sudden, I discovered that I was ready to start communicating some things with my assistant that I don’t communicate anymore.

I was I was starting to step outside of my Way Of Being.

Over time as you are doing the work, your comfort zone starts to shift.

And so behaviors that you used to engage in become NOT normal.

You start to recognize how you are BE-ing.

So how do you how do you start to do that?

What sets the tone for that?

Meditation.

Getting quiet sets a different energy within your body.

You get used to the new energy.

If you get used to meditating every day, pretty soon, that becomes a grounded, stable energy you can go, you know is available, that calmness.

It’s an openness to curiosity that happens in the quiet.

It’s a wonderment.

When I get into the meditation far enough, it could take most of my meditation time to shut my brain down, and I finally hit the sweet spot where my brain is calm and I am fully present in the moment.

A smile comes.

I feel free.

When you get used to that, that space, you start to recognize throughout the day, it is available.

You can feel it without going into a meditation.

Pretty soon you will feel that you are always connected to that space.

When you get out of it, when you start getting tensed up, you quickly realize you can take a breath, everything always works out for you.

Taking some time, taking some space, you can get yourself into the new environment(vibration) you have been training yourself into.

It doesn’t mean that you are always calm, and never happy, fun, or effervescent.

It just means you have this deep-rootedness like your root chakra is grounded to the earth, creating balance no matter where you go.

You can celebrate your life, and when you can hit into challenging situations, you will immediately ground to the meditation energy.

If you’re not meditating, begin doing it.

Begin by sitting in a quiet space for a certain number of minutes, 10 to 15 is ideal, 20 max.

Don’t meditate your life away.

As you’re meditating, be calm, set yourself down, and ground your feet.

I will do a short meditation for you in one of the next audios so you can save it and use it(When you start meditating, it’s helpful to have someone guiding you along with quiet time.).

I am sending you love.

Have a beautiful day today.
