503 How To Combat Frustration (And Other Momentum Killers)

Aug 13, 2024 | Uncategorized

This is Anne with your Coaching On The Go.

Do you get frustrated and down on yourself and on life when your vision doesn’t happen fast enough?

When you do these sorts of things, it is creating a repellent

to exactly what you want and you’re slowing your momentum.

It’s not hard to fall into that trap.

I’ve been in it and I use the tools I talked about to get myself back out.

The reality of where you are can tarnish the speed with which

you want to move into this next vision that you have.

It’s important.

It’s imperative if you’re finding yourself saying, how long is this?

How long does this take?

Why is this taking so long?

Why can’t I?

Questions like that will keep you in the resistance.

What I suggest to you today is to acknowledge your feelings of frustration.

Just acknowledge them for a limited amount of time.

Set a timer if you need to and then select the tools that are available.

I have a big arsenal that I use to take me back into my childhood whimsy.

It’s in my childhood that I remember incredible confidence and a focus

on where I was going and how delightful it was going to be when I got there.

I enjoyed the ride.

It wasn’t until later in life that I started creating such a gap between what I wanted and getting there.

So now I use tools.

I didn’t seem to need them before.

I meditate morning and night, I spend time enjoying what I’m creating.

I enjoy the vision of where I’m going.

I feel it from my head down to my toes.

I have it tingle in my fingertips.

I enjoy thinking about how powerful I am and how enjoyable it was creating

the vision that I’m standing in in the future as if it’s in the past.

I take time throughout the day to to unplug.

I do it when I do housework.

I do it when I take a long, long morning or afternoon walk.

I have several different meditations that I use and words that I say that help me

realize how precious it is being in the current moment and what a gift it is.

I think about all the things I have right now

that are so abundant and how my needs are being met right now.

In all of these things.

They support me.

I bask in appreciation for what I have and how abundant it is and how many

of these things I did nothing to have in my possession and in my proximity.

And I say thank you.

I thank all that is for the being I am.

And I thank myself for having co created this beautiful

body that’s so capable and mind that’s so capable.

And that I am in this incredibly contrasting realm.

That’s fascinating.

These are the things I do to keep myself from the dark side.

If you’re in the dark side right now,

asking questions that aren’t taking you anywhere positive, use any one or all of these tools.

It takes as long as it takes, and it’s within you to create it.

So instead of asking yourself, what is wrong with me that I haven’t created my vision yet?

Just select some of the tools that work and go play.

Have a beautiful day.
